Benefits of Green Tea

Well it comes in all sorts of tasty flavors and it helps keep you awake!
This is definitely what most people think of when you ask about green tea. The truth is, there are many hidden benefits to green tea that can help prevent, heal, reduce, and sometimes eliminate all sorts of problems. I'm not going to go into full detail on every little thing, but I will highlight the good stuff for ya!

For many years, researchers have studied and believed that it has the potential to fight cancer and heart disease. There have also been limited research about green tea's part it lowering cholesterol, burning fat, preventing diabetes, and strokes.

It seems to have around twenty times the power of Vitamin E when it come to slowing down the aging process. Now who wouldn't want to benefit from this? And for those of you who have body odor, there are a couple of tricks you can use with green tea to help the smell!
~First- you can start by drinking a glass before bed and when you wake up in the mornings...This keeps it in your body so that the antioxidants can be released through your skin and fight the bacteria that causes body odor!
~Secondly-if you still are having problems, try soaking in a warm bath with a few cups of green tea mixed in for a week or so!

Green tea has so many more benefits that can be discussed. If you feel that I have left something important out, feel free to comment and share it with the rest of us. Remember though, don't just rely on green tea to help your body with some of the problems listed above. Try changing your eating habits to products that are all natural, organic, and vegan. This is the best way to keep the bad toxins and other things out of your body so that you can live a long and happy life.

How to Live 114 Years on Earth!

Well, 114 years old definitely isn't something that can easily be accomplished. Walter Breuning seemed to of had what it took to live a long and prosperous life.
Walter stated that the keys to his success were to:

-Embrace change, even when the change slaps you in the face. ("Every change is good.")

-Eat two meals a day ("That's all you need.")

-Work as long as you can ("That money's going to come in handy.")

-Help others ("The more you do for others, the better shape you're in.")

-Then there's the hardest part. It's something Walter learned from his grandfather: Accept death... "We're going to die. Some people are scared of dying. Never be afraid to die. Because you're born to die," Walter said said.

What you can do!
Be sure to note how he said to 'only eat two meals a day", it's all that you need. Eating is something that has gotten out of control in our world today. Humans have forgotten the importance of food and how it affects our lives. Eat to Live, don't Live to Eat...

Try to incorporate Walters "keys to life" along with more natural ways of living, and I bet you may even break 120yrs!

"Everybody says your mind is the most important thing about your body. Your mind and your body. You keep both busy, and by God you'll be here a long time," -Walter Breuning (September 21, 1896 – April 14, 2011)
